The SF Possibilities quickly bonded in 2018 over their shared passion for the Solution Focused approach. Celebrating the unique diversity that comes with originating from different countries, having contrasting personalities and using varying but complementing teaching and training styles, the group are driven by a common passion: the hopefulness, simplicity, and humility of SF (Solution Focused).

The SF Possibilities are committed to both inspiring the next wave of practitioners and continuing the great work and foundations of BRIEF, the institution where the trainers were trained: keeping SF succinct and minimalistic by continuing to make space to reflect on practice and take it to the next level.
